Further than going through the legal steps, he paused on each one to explain the different practical options and scenarios w...e would have, so I would have a cristal clear understanding of cost, time, resources, effort and possible outcomes on each stage, and be able to weight and balance my decisions with a full scope of the situation. I was looking for a lawyer to get my prenuptial agreement done back in October of 2015. I spoke to one lawyer that I knew and he pretty much said that he had a template, that it would be quick, that everyone did it that way and that it was no big deal. That was a big red flag to me. I got referred... to Kevin’s firm by my Dad; he had used his firm before. I left a voicemail and Kevin called me back and we made an appointment to meet. The meeting with Kevin was a great experience and an enlightening one too. He walked me through the process of creating a prenup, all the documents that were needed, the benefits and risks of adding or omitting certain sections or clauses, the particularities of Florida’s law, etc… Basically not-a-template! He carries himself with a very professional demeanor and is able to explain all the ins and outs very clearly. I’m extremely satisfied with the result. Recently I had the need to seek his help again on a business matter. Basically I needed a good lawyer to review a contract that I signed about 2 years ago. He reviewed the (very long) contract and called me just a few days later, and once again, he broke it down in a very systematic, clear way and I was able to fully understand my options regarding this matter. Having used Kevin’s services twice, on very different matters, it is evident that he is very knowledgeable and he is able put himself in your position and really keep your best interest in the forefront. I’m not one to write many reviews, but I have come across bad lawyers before. If this review can help people make a better and more informed decision about who they choose for their own representation, then it’s worth it, and I hands down recommend Kevin.
