Jason Chalik handled my auto accident case in early 2011. The entire process was incredibly simple. From the first time I called into their office, I felt comfortable with the process and the staff handling my case. They clearly explained the process and kept in constant communication during the case.... I never felt like I was in the dark. Jason's office was able to refer me to an excellent doctor to make sure I was given care to get better as quickly as possible. I am also very happy with the settlement amount. Overall, this was an excellent experience (except for the accident, of course).

I reached out to Chalik & Chalik to retain the law firm for a personal injury case I’m dealing with at the moment. It’s as if the initial process goes through a 3rd party company who misrepresent the contract of retainment. I didn’t understand the language in which the or most of the big words that... was in the contract. They was literally telling me anything to get me to sign the the contract. The only thing they didn’t tell me was “your illiterate”. Which didn’t need to be said, the feeling was there already. When I finally got in contact with CHARLES who told me he’s a lawyer at the firm, the situation went from bad to worst. He was nothing short of belligerent, rude, disrespectful, and narcissistic. Ultimately, I decided not to hire CHALIK & CHALIK for this case and seek legal counsel elsewhere. I wouldn’t under any circumstance recommend anyone hire this firm for anything .
