I was born in Spain. I came to the United States in 1977. I am fluent in Spanish.
I woked as an assistant state attorney in Miami Dade County from September 1993 to February 1997, when I entered private practive.
Since 2002 I have been focusing on the defense of criminal cases involving international issues, particularly in Mexico. I have consulted or represented several clients who have prosecutions in Mexico and the United States.
