Bretton Irving Pollack

Bretton “Brett” I. Pollack is a member of the Florida Bar, the New York Bar, and the Dade County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Dade County Bar Association Probate and Guardianship Committee, and the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law section.

Brett Pollack is licensed to practice law in the state courts of Florida and New York, as well as in Federal Court in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Brett has litigated numerous cases in the County and Circuit Courts of Dade and Broward Counties, as well as in Federal Court. Brett also has drafted briefs and presented oral arguments before the Third District Court of Appeals of Florida. Additionally, Brett Pollack has acted as counsel in numerous arbitration matters.

Brett received his law degree from Florida International University's College of Law in 2007. He graduated at the top of his class, with the distinction of Cum Laude Honors. Prior to attending law school, Brett attended Emory University's Gouizueta School of Business where he majored in Management and Finance, and graduated in 2004 with a Bachelor in Business Administration.
