Oliver Alan Ruiz

Mr. Ruiz is a partner with Malloy & Malloy, P.L., concentrates his practice in Intellectual Property Litigation and Trademark Prosecution, and is AV Preeminent Rated by Martindale Hubbell. He currently serves as a Circuit Vice President for the Federal Bar Association, and is a member of the Florida Bar's Federal Court Practice Committee. 

Mr. Ruiz is admitted to practice law in Florida and North Carolina state courts, as well as, in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the Middle District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University, and a law degree from St. Thomas University School of Law, where he served as a board member for the Moot Court Board, and as President of the Student Bar Association.
