Cristina is DEFINITELY that person. She is an excellent and very skilled lawyer but what makes her extraordinary is she is like a gu...iding light in these times when you feel so lost. She is personable as well as professional and knowledgeable. She put me at ease, helped me to understand my options through all my tears and in the end I was able to be at peace and have peace of mind I was not alone in this process. If you're looking for someone to make you feel great about your case then she's your girl. When I first met her it seemed as if she actually cared and would take care of my case. As time went on she answered my calls less and less. She is extremely unprofessional as she would ignore my calls then sen...d texts messages as her primary means of communication. I let her know that I did not appreciate the text messages while I am at work instead of having a quick conversation over the phone and she immediately got offended and called me "very rude". Cristina is a sales person not an attorney. She was able to sell me on hiring her and then was not able to back it up. She was clearly outmatched by the other attorney and did not dispute a single topic that I asked her about. She often referred to how busy she was and how many cases she has going on. Do not waste your time or money on her.

First appointment was great seemed like she knew what she was doing and was professional. However after a few more appointments, I would not hear back from her whether I called, texted or emailed. She has no regard for her clients. Most unprofessional service and I was extremely disappointed. I would... not hire or recommend her even if her services were free.
