In October 2014 I was given a speeding ticket on 95 north in Pompano Beach, the officer wrote me up for 115 in a 65, yes 50 over the limit. Needless to say I was very worried as a guilty finding on this would have been a disaster. As a small business owner and single father of a 5 year old I could ...I'll afford a suspended license, a stay in jail, or an increase of thousands of dollars for my insurance. I was referred to Ms Levine by a business associate who spoke highly of her legal expertise so I contacted her the next day. Surprisingly I was able to reach her without any trouble, she made time to visit with me immediately to discuss my case. Ms Levine was very thorough and at no time did she pressure me to retain her, she was confident which put me at ease. She explained the various legal methods which gave us the best chance for a successful outcome. She also did explain the consequences I could be facing which I appreciated this as I was quite concerned. I decided to retain her. Moving forward I was very pleased that she was just as thorough, accessible, and informative as she had been prior to my retaining her. I was always able to speak with her, she didn't have her associates or assistants deal with me but she always took the time to speak with me personally, from experience I can say this is not always the case with other attorneys so I was very pleased with this aspect. She kept me informed of the court date, what was needed from my end, etc.. so I never was in the dark. In December we had the first court date and to my amazement, and delight, Ms Levine successfully got my ticket thrown out of court! Needless to say I was shocked, yet thrilled! She was very effective, she challenged that the ticket was "defective" based on the fact that the officer did not clearly state by what method he had measured my rate of speed, IE pace, radar, etc.... The judge agreed and sternly told Ms Levine to issue a strong warning to me that I slow down and not exceed the speed limit like this in the future. I can not say enough positive things about the representation Ms Levine provided for me, from our first phone call, thru the process, and to the successful outcome she was simply superb. One minute I'm worried if I'll be spending a few weekends in jail and not driving for a long time, traffic school, etc... then to be fully relieved of all those concerns. As the court date was right before Christmas I'd certainly say this felt like an early xmas gift! Without reservation I strongly recommend Ms Levine for anyone who finds themselves in legal trouble.
