Dealing with Ms. Carin Levine made the stress of a traffic citation easier to bear. She promptly set my mind at ease and explained the process/steps that she would take to defend my case. Promptly after the court hearing, she notified me that the case was dismissed and then followed up via email with... the proper documentation. I would highly recommend her as she is professional, informative and responsive to her client calls and many questions!

In October 2014 I was given a speeding ticket on 95 north in Pompano Beach, the officer wrote me up for 115 in a 65, yes 50 over the limit. Needless to say I was very worried as a guilty finding on this would have been a disaster. As a small business owner and single father of a 5 year old I could ...I'll afford a suspended license, a stay in jail, or an increase of thousands of dollars for my insurance. I was referred to Ms Levine by a business associate who spoke highly of her legal expertise so I contacted her the next day. Surprisingly I was able to reach her without any trouble, she made time to visit with me immediately to discuss my case. Ms Levine was very thorough and at no time did she pressure me to retain her, she was confident which put me at ease. She explained the various legal methods which gave us the best chance for a successful outcome. She also did explain the consequences I could be facing which I appreciated this as I was quite concerned. I decided to retain her. Moving forward I was very pleased that she was just as thorough, accessible, and informative as she had been prior to my retaining her. I was always able to speak with her, she didn't have her associates or assistants deal with me but she always took the time to speak with me personally, from experience I can say this is not always the case with other attorneys so I was very pleased with this aspect. She kept me informed of the court date, what was needed from my end, etc.. so I never was in the dark. In December we had the first court date and to my amazement, and delight, Ms Levine successfully got my ticket thrown out of court! Needless to say I was shocked, yet thrilled! She was very effective, she challenged that the ticket was "defective" based on the fact that the officer did not clearly state by what method he had measured my rate of speed, IE pace, radar, etc.... The judge agreed and sternly told Ms Levine to issue a strong warning to me that I slow down and not exceed the speed limit like this in the future. I can not say enough positive things about the representation Ms Levine provided for me, from our first phone call, thru the process, and to the successful outcome she was simply superb. One minute I'm worried if I'll be spending a few weekends in jail and not driving for a long time, traffic school, etc... then to be fully relieved of all those concerns. As the court date was right before Christmas I'd certainly say this felt like an early xmas gift! Without reservation I strongly recommend Ms Levine for anyone who finds themselves in legal trouble.

Carin Levine was absolutely the best attorney I've talked to/hired. She answered every phone call or was quick with a return call. She explained the entire process of my case and was patient with all of my questions. She was even able to get my case dismissed. She was very personable and friendly. Most lawyers a glorified car salesmen with degrees. They make promises they cannot keep to get your money and then add your case to there caseload, let it season (Sits on there desk for awhile) until they have enough cases to wheel and deal in bulk with the State Attorneys office. And at that poin...t they tell you to cop a plea or play the waiting game until the next time they have stacked there caseload higher to get you a better deal. Then there is the ghost time (Meaning they say they are working on your case vut they are doing a whole lot of nothing) they spend on your case telling you you need to wait a little longerfor it to be favoriable for you but its going to cost you more money.. Mean while you are in limbo notreally knowing what the hell is going on because everytime you call they are in court or out to lunch. Plus you have a bailbondsman you have to check in with so your life is not really yours. Ms. Levine is a tailor made professional and "REAL" with no bs.. You will understand what she is doing, how she is going to do it, and when she is going to pull the trigger. There is no such thing as a guarantee but Carin plays to win not settle, cop a plea, or wait till the last possible chance to ,ove on a case., She is relentless Lawyer that makes calculated decisions, and keeps you in the mix every step of the way. She will not take your case if she does not think she can strike down the State Attorneys lofty winning percentage. I gave her 5 stars across the board because that's what she is, a 5 star Pro. A real big thig is when you have a case you want to get a hold of your Attouney. If you call or email you will get a response within an hour by phone or via text if she is in court and she will take your call afterhours or call you back afterhours if she had a extremily busy If you are in a situation that could possibly screw up your life forever, and your scared. You want a Lawyer who knows her war around the courts here in Florida and has that swagger that when she walks into the courtroom for your case or is getting ready to wheel and deal the Assistant State Attorney on your case makes a double take and trys to not look intimindated but you can feel the tension in the room this is your Attorney without hesitation pick up the phone and call her period.Bryan Dwight Munson Class of 2012 THE U.
