When I contacted Alan Ross concerning a Mortgage Fraud investigation being conducted by the FBI against my company (I was facing a 1st degree Felony charge carrying a 30 year penalty) with absolutely no hope of being declared not guilty, I was distraught and disoriented. Alan Ross led me and my family with the upmost professionalism and compassion through this entire process for over 2 years. He was always only a phone call away and he always laid things out to me with complete honesty , never trying to sugarcoat the severity or reality of the situation. He was able to have the sentencing reduced to only 6 months house arrest along with a probationary period, I never saw the inside of a jail cell. What set Alan Ross apart from the rest of the lawyers I have worked with was not only the comfort of knowing that after 38 years practicing in Florida he had a complete and profound understanding of the workings of the legal system here as well as an extensive network of people within in the legal community, that he was someone who can and does deliver results in the courtroom, but his compassion for my situation. He didn't treat me like simply a client, he treated me like a friend, always ready and willing to answer questions as well as clear up the many concerns, doubts and fears that arise when you're in a situation like this, and he extended this courtesy to my family as well, I will be eternally grateful to everything Alan has done for me and my family and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone who is unfortunate enough to find themselves in a similar situation.

Alan Ross was my attorney for a reckless driver case with serious bodily injuries. Mr. Ross was able to successfully argue that there were no facts to support the claim of reckless driving and that my incident was simply an unfortunate accident. Mr. Ross is extremely knowledge, easy to reach we needed and very straight forward, it is this rare combination of traits that make him an excellent attorney.

In 2011 I was charged with DUI Manslaughter and Vehicular Homicide. Alan came highly recommended and had an excellent reputation. After having our initial consultation, the first objective was to have the blood alcohol evidence suppressed. I was proactive and involved in my case and would call Alan and give him suggestions based on simple research I had done. Alan welcomed the information and took the time to explain to me why or why not what I had found applied to my case. Through diligence and hard work, Alan was able to prove the authorities did not have probable cause to take my blood resulting in its suppression. The state subsequently dropped the DUI Manslaughter charge. After this occurred, we were confident the state would drop the vehicular homicide charge. However, that was not the case. The state decided to pursue the vehicular homicide charge based solely on the fact that the investigation found I had been speeding at the time of the accident. The state's expert found I had been travelling a maximum of 25 MPH over the posted speed limit. Alan reassured me we still had an extremely strong case and that speed alone would not meet the standard of recklessness, which is an element of the vehicular homicide charge. In he end, Alan was correct in what he told me and 3 years after the accident the state dropped all charges (case dismissed).
Even after 3 LONG years, Alan never gave up on me and never grew tired of dealing with my case. Whenever I called him he ALWAYS answered if he was available (a couple times while he was on vacation and I was unaware). If he did not answer my phone call, I felt secure in the fact that he would always call me back when he became available. Every time I had to show up to court it was extremely nerve-racking for me, but once Alan showed up I felt a sense of calm knowing he would be at my side in my defense. Most important to me was the fact that I felt as though Alan truly cared about me and my situation.
I highly and enthusiastically recommend Alan Ross if you are looking for a top notch criminal defense attorney. I am now able to get back to my life 3 years after my accident, which would have been destroyed if not for him. I could not be more grateful and thankful for him and his tireless work ethic. Thank you again Alan!
