A pipe burst in my bathroom last year and I was recommended to The Strems Law Firm by my neighbor. I made a phone call to get more information and was able to hire them to help me with my claim. After my insurance company refused to give me any money and chose to deny my claim, I was told by one of ...their employees that the next step would be to enter into litigation in order to be able to make my repairs. Carlos Fernandez is the attorney assigned to my case and has helped me to understand every step of the way. Him and the employees at the firm have always returned my call and or email when I wanted status on my case. As of last week, my case was finally able to be closed and I can now look forward to receiving the money to be able to make my repairs.
