Por segunda vez solicite los servicios de Rae Shaern. Mi caso, por incumplimiento de un requisito determinaba carcel por dos años. Su diligencia, conocimiento de todo lo relacionado con mi caso, a quienes lidiar ( jueces y fiscales) logró un total éxito a mi favor. Se me sentenció a 6 meses de arresto domiciliario y cero pago de costos para el departamento de correccionales y otros beneficios legales. Ella es optima en lo que hacen lo que se refiere a leyes...

Extraordinary Lawyer!
I hired Attorney Shearn during federal charges after my other attorney was fired by my family. She knew everyone. The legal detail and experience were extraordinary. She did exactly what you hope an attorney will do. I agree with what someone else wrote. She is super smart. I needed a good lawyer. My life, my family, and my corporation were on the line. She found an obscure change in the law that was not discussed by anyone before. She also saw a hole in the employment contract that caused the false charges. The bright move caused what everyone said was a "complicated" case to crumble. The government lawyers were not prepared to answer. I would recommend her with everything.

I just had to take the time to put down a few words about Attorney Rae Shearn. I have dealt with many lawyers throughout my life and I can’t say enough positive things about Ms. Shearn. She is one of the good ones, fighting for what’s right, while being honest about the case. You can trust her. Great Attorney !!!!!! A+++
I contacted Rae back in 2013, she was down to the point and did not lie to me in anything that was going to happen she was honest (which is a rare comodity in this type of industry), she is down to earth and easy to talk to, she is a knoledgeable attorney and very experience litigator, She does not sugar coat anything or tells you what you want to hear, but when it comes to courts she is a pitbull, (dont let her looks fool ya), My case was Federal (Health Care Fraud). She is respected in the Courts and in the Attorney's community. My family was pleased with her work and i definitely would Recommend her to anyone.
