I had received 2 boating citations in October 2018. I had not payed attention to the citations and received a letter in the mail saying I now had an obligated court appearance. The court appearance was set for Dec. 28th 2018. I was referred to Kenneth on the 26th and he picked up my case. Mind you, i...t was 2 days before!
