Kenneth Lee Weisman

Working with Kenneth was an excruciating experience. He will skillfully sell his services during the first consultation, but DO NOT let him fool you; I found out the hard way! If you choose to hire him, be prepared for the following... He will leave you in the dark during the whole process. Ever...y time you ask him a straightforward question, he will answer "I don't know" or "I can't predict what hasn't happened." Every time you call him, he will answer the phone just to tell you that he can't talk at the moment, and will urge you to call him at 7am if anything is to be discussed in details. He is unable to properly manage his agenda. On the date of the hearing, he will repeatedly file notice for continuance and will inform you that he can't make it to the hearing when you've made arrangements at work and when you're almost at the courthouse. If you dare express your frustration to him regarding his lack of professionalism, he will dismiss your communication attempts and send you to his receptionist so you fall in a processing queue. My case is a bogus one where I have to go through the system for domestic violence because of false allegations from my ex wife. Once I realized that Kenneth is unreliable, I fired him and hired another lawyer, who is leaps and bounds much more efficient than Kenneth. We quickly realized that he had not submitted any discovery documents to the state, and that he had not taken any depositions 10 months from when he was hired. We also found out that he was well connected to the prosecutor on the case, so I presume that he was probably going to screw me and force me into a plea deal despite all the evidence proving my innocence. You've been warned; best of luck if you decide to hire him.

Kenneth Weisman is the worst lawyer i have ever ran into in my LIFE! He has done absolutely nothing for my husband he does not speak to anyone regarding the case to let us know what is going on and the only time we see his face is at court , Which he makes it no better he has not done anything for my... husband who has been in jail a year now he knows nothing about his client and he is very poor in communication and lets not forget he is beyond disrespectful NEVER in a million years have i been disguisted by someone who has such an important degree. This Lawyer did nothing but take my money!! He only showed up to court on my behalf three times and every time was extremely rude and verbally abusive towards me. He did nothing good for my case and of course with his help I lost the case. There is no reasoning with this man and he does not care abo...ut his clients and their freedom, ESPECIALLY if they are innocent but made to be guilty . Please do not waste your time, money or energy on this man.

This atorney did not do his job. He did not do what he was suppose to do. All he did was go to court three times to get a continuance had one meeting with me and visit my son once. He did one deposition with the officer who wasn't even the arresting officer and I paid him $5,500.00 for that. He is no...t professional and was very rude to me. I would not recomment this attorney to anyone. I had to write this for my son because he is still in jail because Mr. Weisman did not get his bond reduced. I am the one who has paid his bill and he discussed his case with me which is attorney client privledge.. I had to hire another attorney due to his unprofessionalism as as an attorney.
