I was lucky enough to learn of Kenneth through a mutual friend. Thank God for that, my case was a criminal case where I was caught ticket scalping by an under cover officer down in Miami. Working with Kenneth was an excruciating experience. He will skillfully sell his services during the first consultation, but DO NOT let him fool you; I found out the hard way! If you choose to hire him, be prepared for the following... He will leave you in the dark during the whole process. Ever...y time you ask him a straightforward question, he will answer "I don't know" or "I can't predict what hasn't happened." Every time you call him, he will answer the phone just to tell you that he can't talk at the moment, and will urge you to call him at 7am if anything is to be discussed in details. He is unable to properly manage his agenda. On the date of the hearing, he will repeatedly file notice for continuance and will inform you that he can't make it to the hearing when you've made arrangements at work and when you're almost at the courthouse. If you dare express your frustration to him regarding his lack of professionalism, he will dismiss your communication attempts and send you to his receptionist so you fall in a processing queue. My case is a bogus one where I have to go through the system for domestic violence because of false allegations from my ex wife. Once I realized that Kenneth is unreliable, I fired him and hired another lawyer, who is leaps and bounds much more efficient than Kenneth. We quickly realized that he had not submitted any discovery documents to the state, and that he had not taken any depositions 10 months from when he was hired. We also found out that he was well connected to the prosecutor on the case, so I presume that he was probably going to screw me and force me into a plea deal despite all the evidence proving my innocence. You've been warned; best of luck if you decide to hire him.

I hired Mr. Weisman for my DUI case. Not only did Mr. Weisman get my charges dropped, he also removed a warrant for my arrest issued for missing a court date. When it came time for my final appearance, I met Mr Weisman at the court house 90 minutes before hand. In actuality, my case was scheduled for... 11:30am and he was able to move it up to 9am so I wouldn't miss work. When we met, we spoke as we walked around, inside the court house. Mr. Weisman is very well liked, respected and admired by colleagues and judges alike. With 30 years experience, everybody treated him like family. When it came to business, he was top notch. This Lawyer did nothing but take my money!! He only showed up to court on my behalf three times and every time was extremely rude and verbally abusive towards me. He did nothing good for my case and of course with his help I lost the case. There is no reasoning with this man and he does not care abo...ut his clients and their freedom, ESPECIALLY if they are innocent but made to be guilty . Please do not waste your time, money or energy on this man.
