waste of money

I hired Mr Rogers because his sister was recommended to me. She referred me to her brother and I hired him for a family case. First, I only talked to Edward Rogers the first day when I paid him the retainer and the day at court. Every other phone call or text message was from his “paralegal” Rick...y. Richard “Ricky” calles or text me with very unrelated stuff. The times he called me about something close to relevant I felt he dragged on the conversation. Later when I asked for time sheet, it was apparent that I was billed for what I felt was very excessive times. Moving forward to the court date. When sitting with the court representatives I was forced to defend my self. Both Edward and Richard were with me but neither had anything to say. In fact if I were to stay quiet and not defend my self I would be paying a lot more money on child support than I do now. Finally, I feel that Edward is not equipped with the knowledge to handle such cases. Maybe he should just stay doing ticket cases and such. Beware with his colleague Ricky. He talks to you like a car salesman. An 80s car sales man. Almost even comical. Save your money, you’ll be better off asking friends or even strangers for advice that have been in the same situation.

As an attorney, I am constrained by the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar from responding in detail, but I will simply state that it is my belief that the comments posted present neither a fair nor accurate picture of what occurred and I believe that the comments posted are false.

A Straight-forward and dedicated Attorney

Working with Mr. Rogers makes me feel that my best interest is really being covered. He seems passionate about his cases and really knows the law. Although he is sometimes hard to get a hold of at any specific moment, he always returns calls and answers questions in detail. He always gives me the ...feeling that my case is important to him and that he will do everything possible to obtain the best results. I'm very comfortable working with him and I have confidence that my case is being resolved in the best possible manner.

Traffic Defense for Race Car Drivers

I've made a few mistakes while driving, Eddie has been indispensable helping clear my driver's license and minimizing costs, fees and points on my license each time. I've also been caught in toll violation hell, and he managed to wrangle all of it down to a single hearing, which got dismissed on the ...merits of my case. If you drive, you need Eddie's help, sometimes!
