I endorse this mediator and arbitrator without reservation. I have known Cindy as an attorney for many years. As General Counsel I was involved in numerous complex multimillion dollar and multinational mediation cases, working with mediators around the country. Cindy is by far one of the most effective mediators I know. I had the opportunity to co-mediate and observe several cases with Cindy while becoming a Florida Certified Mediator. I was always amazed at her ability to bring parties together and settle cases. Her tenacity and ability to relate to the parties and their attorneys settled cases even in the most acrimonious situations. I was honored to join her at ATD Mediation. Cindy continues to be my mentor for mediation. Every time I observe cases with Cindy I gain valuable insight into the mediation process and best practices for mediation. The high regard with which both plaintiff and defense attorneys hold her confirms her ability as a media
