Elizabeth M. Edwards Esq., focuses her practice on civil and family mediation and family law. She is compassionate and committed to effectively helping families and parties through challenging times.
Elizabeth understands that family dynamics are complex, and no two cases are the same. During these difficult and stressful times in her clients’ lives, Elizabeth, as a Certified Florida Supreme Court Family Mediator, strives to resolve all cases amicably with the least amount of conflict to minimize the impact on the family. However, when litigation is necessary, Attorney Elizabeth Edwards, has the trial and courtroom experience for handling complex and often times contentious cases.
Elizabeth Edwards limits her practice to the area of family law, including dissolution of marriage, timesharing, child support, spousal support, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, paternity, and post-judgment issues of modification and enforcement. Elizabeth is an experienced Supreme Court Certified family and civil mediator and skilled litigator able to provide the representation clients need based on their unique circumstances.
Elizabeth Edwards is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil and County Mediator who mediates civil cases.
