I consulted Jessica with a small claim for getting my security deposit from my landlord back after moving out. She started by giving my advice that I followed, and when I came back to follow up on her she completely stopped responding to my calls and emails. I figured she would be professional and... get back eventually, but she never did. This ended up costing me, as by the time I called a real lawyer, it was too late to get my full security deposit back. I really have never worked with somebody so unprofessional to completely disappear like that. It was a highly frustrating experience, I’d recommend staying away from her as she is not a reliable person to work with.
