Nora Staum is professional in every way. She is a good listener and caring person. She knows your needs and gets to the root of it. Her staff is also professional, especially Rhonda her assistant. The first judge did not believe any of my facts and denied my claim. But Nora saw something there wrote a letter to the appeals council and the council agreed with her and brought it back to a new judge who saw it to. Now I am receiving my deserved benefits.
