We asked our trusted advisor to find us a qualified disability attorney. Based on reviews from this website we decided to reach out to Ms. Staum’s office. Ms. Staum’s assistant immediately did an “intake” with us, asking all the specific questions about my son’s disabilities. The assistant then m...ade an appointment for our consultation with Ms. Staum for the following week. We asked that our advisor be part of the conversations. On the day of the appointment, our advisor travelled from his office 30/45 min away to our home, so we could have the call together. When we called Ms. Staums office for our scheduled time and date, Ms. Staum was not there. The assistant told us when we called, she was in line for an injection. No one called to even give us the courtesy of letting us know or to move the appointment. She told us she would call Ms. Staum, and kept us on hold for 8 minutes. After waiting that long, we knew she was not the attorney for us. We were respectful of her process; she was not respectful of our time.

Nora Staum helped me get my disability. She also got my daughter who is autistic her disability. It took about a year and a half. I heard the process would take longer, but it didn't. I was very happy with their services. I dealt with Natalie and Rhonda mostly. Nora and I met once prior to the hearin...g and then again at the hearing. I was literally in and out of the hearing. The actual court hearing was maybe 15 minutes. Nora then told me that we will get a successful outcome. About 40 days later I received a letter in the mail that stated I was approved! My case was very challenging & complicated. Nora Staum suggested that I would have to get a Independent Medical Evaluation to make my case stronger.
