I started with another firm, and was extremely frustrated with their process. My case was continually in transfer from one assistant to another. If I called no one ever picked up the phone. a recording would come on saying that they care and will get back to you within 48 hours. If by chance I missed... the return call after waiting two days, I would call back, and start that process all over again. When I visited the office , it reminded me of what people call a boiler room, meaning 100's of non qualified people in charge of your case preparing paperwork to handle your claim. I never once spoke to an actual attorney. very scary process, look to me like if you throw enough crap against the wall some will stick process.
