Brian P. Kowal, Esq. was born in Rochester, New York but since 2003, he has called South Florida his home. Upon moving to Florida, Brian knew South Florida is where he wanted to raise a family and build his practice. Prior to opening up his own practice, Brian gained valuable experience representing various clients across the legal spectrum. Brian opened his practice with the sole goal of providing his clients’ with the best possible legal representation.

Best attorney ever!
This attorney answered every question, was very transparent, had very reasonable fee schedules and was very prompt. He saved us a lot of money by getting the tenant out quickly and I would highly recommend him to anybody.

Great Experience

Great experience
I hired Brian as my eviction lawyer when my landlord started the eviction process, we are able to finish the process quickly, and he charged a very fair rate compared to other places. I was and still m able to be in constant communication with him if need be. He answers texts and calls very quickly.
