Mr. Diamond took care of the sale of my Condo in Jasmine, Tamarac in October, 2016. The buyer, an investor from NY and myself in Paraguay, South America...a tenant who occupied the condo, The real estate tha brought the buyer....were all the parties in the transaction. It was a stressful time ...for me but having Atty. Diamond representing me in U.S. made me confident everything would be all right, and it did, eventhough he lost his father before the closing. As I m recomending Mr. Diamond to a friend in NY who has property in Florida...I found this space to say thank you to Mr.Diamond again.

Mr. Diamond assisted my family on estate/trust matters and a real estate transaction. Whenever he answered a question of mine, the answer was more thorough and informative than I had expected. He anticipated my next questions and answered them for me before I even asked. I truly value the guidance.... His staff (I worked with Dali) was top notch as well. Very calming, through, and on top of everything. I cannot say enough good things. They even recommended a realtor who went above and beyond as well. Thank you!!!
