Complex Commercial litigation
We had a situation where a former associate tried to claim ownership on one of our properties. Mr. Katz was able to advise me as the managing member, that the work we had done to Copyright, Trademark and help protect our intellectual property was sound. He was also able to help identify some holes in our corporate operating documents and advised on the creation of a new document. We are now more confident that our new products will be protected and our company will be able to move forward without concern of false claims.

Mr. Katz made the process of my Divorce as stress free as ever can be expected from an attorney.
When one goes through a divorce, you are basically experiencing true grief and extreme stress. You want to retain an attorney that is both a strong litgator but one who is compassionate, empathetic and understands how to counsel his client. Adam was exactly all of this for me during the duration of my case. The Divorce proceeding was bitter and nasty, but Adam was right by my side every step of the way. He was available after hours and on weekends to field my calls and answer and explain any questions I may have no matter how insignificant. He understood that I was the client and deserved the utmost attention. I truly felt catered to, The services provided were impeccable and he made a very unpleasant time of my life more than bearable and guided me through it with the utmost professionalism and skill.

Outstanding representation and compassion
I was charged with a very serious offense. I have know of Adam since the late 90's through several friends who have been client's of his Firm. The manner in which my case was handled both by Adam and his staff was outstanding. The office was very responsive and showed great compassion as I was very stressed by my legal predicament. I never felt like a mere "number", but rather as a client that was always given special attention. In a time when client/customer service is suspect at best, Adam's Firm was true "old school" and catered to my every need, both in the result achieved and his ability to counsel through a very difficult period.

they are so unprofessional
I was contacted to repay a debt . I was told I will go to jail if I don't pay the debt and I wouldn't last a day there. I paid the first payment and told them what day I could pay in the following month but they disregard what I said and charged my debt card twice in a month

Not Trustworthy
This company was hired to collect money for a debt that I owed. I agreed to allow them to charge my debit card $150. I go onto my bank account and this company charged my card twice! I immediately called them back and spoke to Carol Lewis who assured me that this was reversed back and would be back into my account within 24hrs. The next day I show this didn't happen. I made a total of 6 phone calls with her and my bank to get this taken care of. I told her that my bank needed a document on letter head letting them know that the second charge was in error. Carol even argued with my bank who told her they see no request for reversal from them as she stated. Needless to say Carol never "did right by me" as she would say repeatedly. My bank was gracious enough to reverse the second charge that was not authorized. But because of their error this caused me $257.11 in NSF that I had to pay for cause this company said it "wasn't their fault" I spoke with the attorney and he was SO RUUUUDE.. said that it was my fault and they are not responsible for the NSF that they caused! He told me to have an attorney call him. WHO SAYS THAT?

Don't hire Mr. Kat
I used him for my divorce and he was unresponsive and didn't even file the required response in the 20 day period. He does not follow up and will tell you whatever you want to hear in order to collect the retainer. I ended up firing him and going to a family law attorney, that actually knows when to respond to a complaint.

Horrible Attorney, Excessive Fees, Poor representation
Adam Katz represented me, and refused to work. He attempted to charge fees in excess of 20 times cost, said he was filing subpoena's which he did not file, and continually gave me advice which would have lead me to a conviction on a case where I was clearly innocent. I provided him with FOIA collected evidence, and he told me not to file any more FOIA requests. His advice is unsound, and he is not a capable attorney.
