Bottom Line Up Front, Nancy is relentless and willing to go the extra mile for her clients. She is professional and active in the gay community which is a plus for me since I am a gay woman. At this point, you may be asking yourself, so who cares. Well, it is quite simple, there is the letter of the law and then there is the color of the law. Nancy can navigate through the letter and the color of the law. She is devoted to her clients and she truly cares. The legal system is difficult to navigate through and family court adds another challenging layer because there are emotions involved and it can pull at the heart strings. Nancy provides direction and comfort in the most painful situations. At one point, we were about 9 months in and I was feeling powerless. Nancy quickly provided support and a gutsy, “We got this! We will keep fighting!” Trust me, when you can’t see your children and are denied access, it helps to know that someone is fighting for you! Ideally, we all want to believe that we can come to a mutual agreement with an ex-spouse for the well-being of the children. But, sometimes, that is not the case and you need to get an Attorney. There is much to be said about the type of lawyer you hire and the one your spouse hires. The original attorney my wife had was terrible and what should have been a fairly quick process turned into a long drawn out fiasco. Then she hired Nancy Brodzki.
