Mrs. Reynolds Perez focuses her practice on franchises, small businesses as well as entrepreneurs. She has extensive experience advising franchisor clients on franchise sales compliance issues, drafting and preparing franchise disclosure documents, franchise agreements as well as franchise sales and disclosure compliance programs. She has served as outside legal counsel for a number of franchisors, multi-unit restaurant franchisees, area developers, franchisee associations, as well as small to medium sized businesses.
Mrs. Reynolds Perez also has experience defending employers and businesses against FLSA actions, as well as Title VII discrimination claims and ADA accommodation actions. She has drafted and reviewed a number of employment policies and related agreements. She also advises small business and entrepreneurs regarding corporate structure and business organizations, trademark and copyright registration and U.S. immigration matters.
Prior to practicing law, Mrs. Reynolds Perez worked for several franchisors in-house, where she was involved in franchise state registration and renewals, the administration of the franchisors’ disclosure documents and franchise agreements, as well as providing strategic direction on a variety of matters relating to legal issues.

Mrs. Reynolds Perez was successful in defeating plaintiff's motion to enjoin franchisee's continued operation of its restaurant and district court also granted her motion for sanctions against plaintiff and its attorney.
Mrs. Reynolds Perez successfully obtained writ of replevin for seller of medical uniform business. Florida's Fourth DCA reversed lower court's ruling which originally denied plaintiff's statutory entitlement to evidentiary replevin hearing.
