Marc Wites law firm represented us in our legal battle with our Condo Association regarding two successive sewage overflows that entered our condo in 2019-2020 and advised us in the most recent sewage overflow in May 2022. Thanks to Marc Wites’ insight and expert knowledge of real estate and cond...o association law, we were able to be compensated successfully for the expenses we incurred in the remediation and restoration of the first two overflows. Most recently, Marc Wites’ compassionate guidance and availability to us resulted in our being compensated for the third sewage overflow that entered our condo as well.
