This lawyer prefers internet communication instead of face to face contact with his clients. I never saw him in person. He claimed to specialize in foreclosure defense, but was more focused on the volume of cases rather than the quality of representation. At that time, he was overwhelmed with several other cases (behind the eight ball so to speak) had very little command of the facts or apparent memory of them. Needless to say, the judge ruled against him, and I was given the impression that he was accustomed to failure. Like many in his profession, he is voracious when it comes to collecting his fees irrespective of whether he has justifiably earned them or not. In my case, he did not and it was money down the drain.
