As closing agent in a real estate transaction, it is not our role to second guess business decisions such as property selection and price negotiations. We are here to make sure that our client receive good marketable title to the property and that the terms of the contract are respected. price negotiations are between seller, buyer and their realtors.

Gives very good advices
We closed about 4 properties with him and his advices where each time very relevant. Everything went very smoothly. He is sometimes a bit overbooked and needs some time to answer his emails... I recommend him to all my friends.
