Best in Class!
Richard is one of the finest Trust and Estate attorneys who has represented me and my family. He has done so for nearly 20 years. I have had his help in settling family estates, used his expertise on wills and trusts, and handled sensitive family personal matters and IRS audits of estates. I'd rate him and his office as a straight 10 out of 10.

Best in the Business !
A man of integrity who is a consummate professional, compassionate, witty and uplifting. A few of the words I would use to describe Mr. Warner. We met in June 2010 in a meeting with my mother regarding her trust, three months later she passed. Upon my very first call to Richard he immediately guided me step by step. Sometimes day by day, it was such a great loss for me, but he always answered my calls, always encouraged me and always had my best interest as well as the beneficiaries at heart. Richard is prompt, efficient and very organized, even when I wasn't at times. Thanks you Richard and staff for all your hard work , dedication and successful execution of my mother's wishes. Blessings!

Recently completed a complicated a journey through estate probate with my wife passing, He and his staff were relentless, timely, and most professional through it all. What I thought was the end was made into a new beginning. Resilient to every situation yet with grace.

Richard Warner - hire him, you'll be glad you did!!! I want to give him more than 5 stars.
I was in a big, big pickle until I called Mr Richard Warner on the advice of friends. My ex husband and I separarted in 2003 had agreed to do wills to each other 2004 and remained very close until his death in 2011 when he committed suicide. The will was his suggestion and I was very touched that he was concerned for my welfare as I had no career. The day he died his sister hired an attorney who found "a glitch" in the will. I consulted two attorneys who, without hesitation, told me the sister's attorney was correct and I had no rights to the estate. I had accepted that as a fact and at 63 years old, with very little income, I was shaken to my very core. I made one last call on the matter to Mr Richard Warner who turned that very "glitch" to my benefit. It was very complicated and took 2 1/2 years but every one of the many people who were very confidently involved on the other side were raked over hot coals by Mr Warner and wished very much they had not pursued this trip. He came on like a hurricane and even had the State of Minnesota Department of Revenue run away like a yappy little dog who had just met King Kong. He made the other attorneys and individuals look like fools. Not only did he change my life, he made this distasteful situation so much more bearable with his humorous approach. I am sure I am only one of a long trail of people who feel as I do and closing the estate is almost sad to think my relationship with Richard is also closing. He is aided by his compassionate and capable wife, Nancy, who took very seriously my psychological state at our first meeting and I won't forget her for that either.

Professional, sincere, tireless worker
I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Warner on two separate cases, one involving the estate of my late husband, and one involving a dispute with an employer. In both cases, he represented me fairly and professionally, while handling two very different cases with flawless expertise in both areas. He is also sincere and warm in his approach and takes the feelings of the families he works with into consideration while providing the very best legal care possible.

Knowledgeable, unparalleled professionalism in a place where such qualities can be hard to find
Mr. Warner's knowledge and trustworthiness have been hallmarks of his character for the 30+ years I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with him. He provided exceptional, superior care to handling my father's estate after his passing - and I can say with full confidence that there isn't another lawyer who would have provided such professionalism and empathy during that difficult time. Mr. Warner's ability to navigate the often complex situations that come along with resolving estate issues clearly place him at the top of his career specialization. I would recommend Mr. Warner to anyone who is seeking expertise, skill, and tireless dedication to taking care of his clients. It is an honor to have worked with him.
