Recently I was in court in Key West on one of my cases and while I was waiting for my case to be called, I observed attorney Phil Glenn in action. He had the command of the courtroom. The prosecutors were all paying close attention as Phil answered the judge's questions. The prosecutors were all f...umfering for answers. None of them could provide an adequate reply and the judge was not persuaded. The case was dismissed. Over the past few years my practice has grown considerably. It was becoming more and more impracticable for me to have to make regular court appearances in The Keys. I was so impressed with Phil that I decided that the best thing to do was to have Phil join my team, which he did. I have to confess that this was one of my most brilliant moves.
