Completely dishonest
This "lawyer" decided to keep my $10,000 earnest money, he deposited it into his account, he conveniently ommitted it from the closing statement and then he stated he sent the money to the lender. since he was unable to show any documentation of releasing my earnest money to the lender, he admitted "...

Replied last February 08, 2022This Review was posted five years after the closing. The Client demanded payment of $10,000 plus interest within 2 days threatening a call to the Florida Bar for a forensic accounting of my Trust Account if not paid. The client was provided the written documentation confirming that the actions taken were pursuant to signed instruction by the client at the time. The client reacted by filing a complaint with the Florida Bar which found that "continued disciplinary proceedings in this matter are inappropriate". The review on this site includes only unsupported accusations that are spiteful, hostile, insulting and have been proved to be false. and the review should be removed as it according to AVVO guidelines should have never been posted. I regret that this client was unable to reconcile her recollection of what she may have thought occurred with the documented facts otherwise.
