This had been a tougth time: the accidente, the therapies, the car repair, and the time, because each of these components has its proper time. We are in June and the accident was at the begining of last December. Sometimes it had been difficut to have a contact with the representatives because they ...are busy people and you can be put on an eternal on hold and almost never have human contact again. With the exception of these comunications difficulties, I am very satisfied with the results in every aspect. Probably, I will reccomend this people.

I am not pleased with this law firm at all. Everything I am about to say is facts. Brandon Thomas is the rep I spoke to and assured me I would receive some type of advance between $1,000 and $3,000 and a rental the following week if I attend therapy. When I spoke to the attorney, no one had an idea o...f what I was talking about which is certainly a lie. I would have to call other insurance company to find out more information when it's their job to do. Because I was in 3 car crash, I was spent $170.00 to go to work and had no type of assistance for help etc for transportation. I should have stayed with the law firm I had before. After this case, I will not be referring anyone to this law firm. Very unpleased and stressed.
