On the court date, just before an attorney went into the court, Not Omar Arcia, he wanted to know what I wanted to do, keep the house or something else? Fine time to ask a question like that. Did he even review my case before going to court or did he just show up to fill in the blank? Needless to say, they lost my case and an auction sale date was set.
