Sad homeless that he rip off

Con man. His license has been suspended from the Florida State Bar Association! While losing people's homes and then buying them. He is a con man. Look up his records online.

Consulting

I met him for a consultation and when he explained how nice his victory storyline was he convinced me, but as soon as I researched him through website. I didn't want to hire him, due to his unprofessional behaviour of his staff asking for money $2,000 for loan modification when by law cannot ask for ...money on a free loan modification. I called my bank for loan modification and it saved me $2,000. Don't be afraid to call your bank and they will help you.

Review

Mr. Arcia, wanted to take a moment and say thank you to you and your staff. When I made my first appt. with your law firm I went in very scared. Apprehensive as my past experience with other attorneys did not go well. When I sat and met with Yesenia, I explained my concerns to her and she listened an...d then explained my options. Within minutes I felt at ease and very comfortable. She made me feel safe and with hope that there was a solution. I had hope. She has been so informative keeping me posted and updated throughout the whole process. I was able to close the Chapter 7 and can't be happier. Your law firm has given me the opportunity to start over and get a fresh start. It's been a pleasure working with your firm. A special thank you to Yesenia for being so kind and patient with me. Signed by a very happy client. Grace S.

Winning A Complicated Case

Omar Arcia first met with me and from the moment I began to explain a rather complicated Foreclosure case that had years of past litigations with prior attorneys representing myself, I knew immediately that I found the right office and an excellent attorney to represent me. From the initial day on, ...we have become in very close touch on resolving a case that often seemed to have a "life of its own". The staff at Arcia Law Firm have been superb in their communication to me on all court documents, all court dates and any meetings if needed for me to attend. I was especially impressed with Mr. Arcia's ability to dig through the details of years of documents within my case to offer my best defenses along with the best offense in find victory. If I wasn't already certain I hired the right lawyer, I was certain upon listening and watch Mr. Arcia in the many court room opportunities in front of the court. His manner and well spoken delivery was a huge asset in the Judge's decision in my case. I certainly would recommend Omar Arcia to anyone considering an attorney to help them succeed through a very complex Court System and allow The Arcia Law firm to work closely with the client for the future.

I do not recommend this lawyer firm

After reading magazine ads from Omar Arcia, I decided to do a consultation for my Foreclosure Defense. I met with Omar Arcia and presented my situation. He was very sure I had a strong case due to the bank that originated my mortgage loan. I was very specific, in that I wanted to keep the house and j...ust needed to get the bank to do a loan modification with reduction in principle. Although I found out about his disciplinary problem, I decided to give him a chance, because he sounded so sure about helping me. He had me do the forensic loan investigation(expensive) by a partner company, which also told me I had a great case and now Omar Arcia had the tool he needed to fight the bank. The response to the lawsuit sounded good, but after that, it seems as if my case was being handled by paralegals. I had to keep up with filing dates, to make sure answers were filed in court on time, since I was not kept informed. The most disturbing part is that I did not find out about the final court date, until the night before, because they e-mailed me, requesting I fill out a document, which was not even attached to the e-mail. On the court date, just before an attorney went into the court, Not Omar Arcia, he wanted to know what I wanted to do, keep the house or something else? Fine time to ask a question like that. Did he even review my case before going to court or did he just show up to fill in the blank? Needless to say, they lost my case and an auction sale date was set. Hiring this law firm has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not sure where all this people came from, within days, all praising this attorney.
