After reading magazine ads from Omar Arcia, I decided to do a consultation for my Foreclosure Defense. I met with Omar Arcia and presented my situation. He was very sure I had a strong case due to the bank that originated my mortgage loan. I was very specific, in that I wanted to keep the house and j...ust needed to get the bank to do a loan modification with reduction in principle. Although I found out about his disciplinary problem, I decided to give him a chance, because he sounded so sure about helping me. He had me do the forensic loan investigation(expensive) by a partner company, which also told me I had a great case and now Omar Arcia had the tool he needed to fight the bank. The response to the lawsuit sounded good, but after that, it seems as if my case was being handled by paralegals. I had to keep up with filing dates, to make sure answers were filed in court on time, since I was not kept informed. The most disturbing part is that I did not find out about the final court date, until the night before, because they e-mailed me, requesting I fill out a document, which was not even attached to the e-mail. On the court date, just before an attorney went into the court, Not Omar Arcia, he wanted to know what I wanted to do, keep the house or something else? Fine time to ask a question like that. Did he even review my case before going to court or did he just show up to fill in the blank? Needless to say, they lost my case and an auction sale date was set. Hiring this law firm has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not sure where all this people came from, within days, all praising this attorney.

Mr. Arcia has always been honest with me from the very beginning of taking my case. No matter what happened, he was very positive and always had a viable option for me. His support staff are very courteous and over all, extremely helpful. The final outcome exceeded my expectations. I am so happy that... he had been my representative for the past 2+ years and I will definitely recommend him to everyone that I have the opportunity to do so.

I hate is law office. I've been a client for 2 years and nothing has been done about my case. I've laid down a $2000 retainer and for that this is what I get. 1. Never a call back 2. Set up phone appts with attornies that they fail to keep or reschedule 3. When I did complain to the bar I di...d get a call but when I returned it and left a message they never got back to me. 4. A few months ago in 2014 I get an email that they are changing their policy and if I want to be represented by them they would want $500.00/per month. 5. I called to find out what this is about I didn't get a call back until a month later to say it does not apply to my case with no explanation I have not had a review of my case in 2 Years. I don't have anyplace to go. If someone is reading this I really need help.

Retaining Omar as a attorney was the biggest mistake that I have ever make. The lawyer claim to be good, stating that he has won several cases and all this is a lies. A beginning there was too many confusion on whom own some mortgage and the government was investigating all this. So one o two case b...anks let it go because they didn't wants to be more on the media. It was no because of Omar he just using this to trap customers. Thinking that Omar is going to help you win your case is absolute false. Once you sign the contract with him it is over, he will promised you and tell you That he is going to win your case this is another lies don't trusted him at all. He is a master in lies. He will ask you to get a mortgage analysis audit report, another way of ripping you off. He was suspended several time by the Florida bar just ask yourself why? Omar and his team was the worst nightmare on my life. He promise that you will meet with and attorney on your first consultation, that is true but you never ever will be able to speak to him or any one about your case. Omar will meet with you the fist time just to full you with lies. They will never return your phone call or e-mail. Omar and his team only will rip you off. They are very rude and unprofessional
