If you are deciding to whether hire Mr. Kelly or not? My recommendation is to hire him in a heartbeat. He is an exceptional attorney, who has a great grasp of the law. He is very polite, considerate BUT knows how to get things done for his clients. When I was looking for an attorney, I needed to go t...o my ex and pick up my belongings....Mr. Kelly was there with me during this crucial step and helped me gather my belongings. He was literally reading my list of belongings and helping me gather them. The fact is my ex and his family are very unpredictable, physically aggressive people and it would not have been safe for me to go alone. Mr. Kelly was there, front and center. My ex was hiding his bank account and my ex lied about the existence of a bank account, which I personally accompanied my ex to service the account when we were married....Mr. Kelly believed me and did everything necessary to make sure my ex-husband revealed ALL HIS ASSETS. He pursued it and my ex-husband was forced to reveal the existence of this bank account in court. Mr. Kelly is thorough and customer service is a priority. Mr. Kelly was referred to my by a family friend and now Mr. Kelly has become a very good family friend. Going through a divorce....takes an emotional and financial toll....Mr. Kelly helped me get through this process with proper legal advice and guidance. He will always give you his honest, legal opinion and let you, the client, make the decision. He has never once forced his opinion on me...NEVER. He always listened to me, as well. If I had a concern.....he would have a signature catchphrase...."Talk to me..." haha. He ALWAYS listened. My divorce was in litigation for about 2 years (because my ex-husband wanted to drag out the case and have me accumulate attorneys fees) and I have seen Mr. Kelly's practice grow busier BUT he always made time for his clients. Some attorneys are inaccessible BUT not Mr. Kelly. He was ALWAYS there and ALWAYS present for me, his client. He is a nice, polite guy but when it comes to representing his clients, he goes all in. Hiring him shouldn't be a decision between yes or no....it should be a decision of yes!!!!

Going through a divorce is very overwhelming and stressful, specially when you have children involved. Mr. Kelly was always there when I needed legal counseling. He doesn't only care about the fees but about your family and he will do his best to help you through such a terrible time. I recommend M...r. Kelly 100%. I hired him for my divorce and even now 2 years after the divorce he still is always available to give me legal counseling whenever there is a dispute wirh my ex husband.
