F. Antonio Calero is the founder and attorney of the firm. He is a successful transactional attorney, who has consulted with various companies in different industries on both contractual matters in a sales driven and client centered environment. Antonio was born in Colombia and moved to the U.S. at about the age of 10. He attended Miami Beach Senior High School and graduated with honors in 1999. Antonio obtained his Undergraduate Degree from St. Thomas University (2003) in criminal justice and a minor in psychology. Further, he obtained his Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Nova Southeastern University (2007). Furthermore, after obtaining his Master’s Degree, Antonio decided to pursue his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) in Florida A&M College of Law (2011). Antonio also has several certifications. He received an undergraduate certificate in Homeland Security and Terrorism from St. Thomas University (2003) and a certification from the Supreme Court of Florida as a Certified County Mediator (2013). Whether during his Certifications, Undergraduate Degree, Master’s Degree, and his Doctoral Degree, Antonio worked full-time and made sure he was staying in touch with the community. Antonio has spoken across the country for roughly 10 years about topics that include education and financial issues. Some of the speaking venues include financial associations across the country, at government entity events, and at University’s across the U.S. As a highlight of many years of public speaking, Antonio was invited to be the keynote speaker at the 2014 Academic Excellence and Scholarship Ceremony at Miami Dade College. Antonio believes in giving back to the community and is a proponent of education and motivating those less fortunate. He is fluent in Spanish and is a Florida Licensed Attorney.
