Juan Jorge Perez

Juan Jorge “JJ” Perez, is the founder of the Law Offices of PEREZ CUEVA PA, P.A. located in Pembroke Pines, Florida.  Juan practices in the areas of Real Estate, Title Closings, Foreclosure Defense, Bankruptcy, Small Business law, Debt Elimination, General Civil Litigation, Condominium/Association law and Personal Injury.  Juan previously interned with the 17th Judicial Circuit of the State Attorney’s Office, and was an associate attorney with the established firm of Moraitis, Cofar, Karney & Moraitis.

Juan, attended the University of Florida both for undergrad and law school.  While there he was actively involved in the community and student organizations, as President of Lambda Theta Phi, Latin Fraternity Inc., Vice President of the Hispanic Student Association, member of Florida Blue Key, and active member of the law school Trial Team where he won competitions at the regional and national levels, and achieved the book award in Trial Practice.

Juan, is an active member of his church congregation and community at large dedicating countless hours of service for the betterment of those in need.  Juan is fluent in Spanish and English and is a seasonal professor in entrepreneurship.  He enjoys his personal time with friends and most importantly his wife and children.
