The two reviews in 2012 and 2020 are inappropriate. This forum is to be used to review the actions and abilities of the attorneys, not for loser tenants who failed to get their way by bullying an attorney or the landlord. Clearly Fabilola is dishonest. She has not clearly stated the facts or even ...given her name but as someone familiar with the circumstances of the termination of her tenancy, I know exactly who she is. Stop being a coward, you know what you did and why you were asked to leave. Bad-mouthing people is slander and you need to be careful that you are not taken to task for your lies.

She abuses her power to intimidate her tennants. Her properties are old and problematic. I was her tennant and I meant to heal in her property, it was a nightmare...She also lived beside me and didnt tell me. She is bad mannered, talk bad about her tennants to other people, she is rude and will sm...ile at you and be n8ce when she needs it. She knows how to take control of the situation, is maniupulative and dishonest. Becareful, she is a double face hypocrit and she is nice to you when you meet her.

I spoke to her for 3 minutes on a tenant I have for which she represents the landlord. She was yelling, screaming and speaking over me the entire time. I am an objective third party and have no emotional ties to the parties- you would have thought it was her property. In the end she hung up on me- bu...t not before yelling at me about FL landlord and tenant rights which I presume she really doesn't have much knowledge of based on her comments. Appears to have inability to communicate rationally or calmly. I would want her representing me or my clients.
