I have heard at various seminars I have attended that if for example your filing for adjustment of Status, you can write "Adjusment Applicant"

You need to disclose this information on the I-129F form, and be prepared to explain what happened.

I wouldn't recommend using that kind of evidence, since many consular officers see that negatively.

I am an A2 visa holder. Dependent of my Dad that worked for foreign government. He left already because his terms are done.
