I had a situation where was visiting a dental office for extensive dental work. I paid OVER 85% of my treatment in advance. I had been patient there for several years and in the middle of my treatment, my dentist left that practice and went to another dental office. I was never contacted by the off...ice to let me know the dentist was no longer there. I called constantly for my next appointment however I was ignored and my calls went unreturned. Attorney Cargill was sensitive to my concerns of being stressed and frustrated and immediately took control the situation. Attorney Cargill was as aggressive as he needed to be to resolve my issue. He was also very good with communicating every step he made as well as being available to me when ever i reached out to him. In under a month, he/I received a refund from the dental office.
