I had a situation where was visiting a dental office for extensive dental work. I paid OVER 85% of my treatment in advance. I had been patient there for several years and in the middle of my treatment, my dentist left that practice and went to another dental office. I was never contacted by the off...ice to let me know the dentist was no longer there. I called constantly for my next appointment however I was ignored and my calls went unreturned.
