I founded GTX Legal to solve a problem I watched high-growth companies struggle with repeatedly: businesses getting slowed down and tripped up by their own routine contracting process. Internal teams buried in customer agreements, vendor agreements, and NDAs. Deals sitting in ever expanding queues waiting for legal review. Revenue or growth initiatives delayed while customer and vendor agreements sat idle. Financing or exit transactions unnecessarily complicated or delayed by preventable issues relating to customer agreements or vendor agreements.

GTX Legal isn't a traditional law firm. We built something different – a Contracting Engine that handles customer agreements, vendor agreements, and NDAs at scale. Attorney-driven execution. My path here wasn't linear. I started at Jones Day working on M&A deals for private equity firms, then went in-house at a fast-moving tech company where I got deep into every corner of the business. That experience showed me a gap in the legal industry and what high-growth, PE-backed companies needed to overcome the contracting problems I observed.

Today, we serve high-growth and PE-backed companies that view legal infrastructure as a critical component of their overall growth and value creation plans. We build their contracting engine and operate it day-to-day. Our clients don't worry about routine contracts anymore. They know their contracting isn't just handled; it's become a competitive advantage.

Outside of GTX, I'm juggling three young sons with my wife and staying curious about whatever business crosses my desk next.
