If the person came from mexico and has been here for over 19yrs but has born 4 kids in the US, how can she become legal?

If any of the US born children is 21 or over, they can petition for her as an immediate relative and she would be able to adjust her status here....

If you are over 21, your mother is an immediate relative and she will be able to adjust even if she overstays her visa.
