Excellent Real Estate Attorney
Jay Fabrikant has represented my real estate management company on many occasions. Primarily he has represented cases that involve disputes with tenants in many different aspects and is an expert in this area. For anything involving tenant issues I always call Mr. Fabrikant.

Excellent Landlord-Tenant Attorney
Jay Fabrikant has handled several eviction proceedings for me, as I have a number of rental properties. He is extremely responsive and is highly knowledgeable in the field. I highly recommend Jay if you are a landlord and might have issues with any of your tenants.
