She provided excellent advice and communication during a landlord deposit dispute we had a few years ago (working for Preferred Legal). She was available to give advice for many, many phone calls, kept me sane, reviewed documentation I used for small claims court, coached me on the phone before the s...mall claims court case, sent letters, and we ultimately got everything we wanted back (deposit + court fees, not damages or interest, but she doubted we'd get that). I no longer live in the area and was thinking about the benefits of this service and thought I'd write this review.
