I had a very disappointing experience working with Willie Benjamin Ramhofer. While there was some communication throughout the process, the overall handling of my case was unprofessional and frustrating. After discussing my goals and expectations, I was assured that a counteroffer would be made to... address my concerns. Unfortunately, when the counteroffer finally came, it was completely off the mark—far from what I had discussed or hoped for. But what made things worse was that Willie Benjamin Ramhofer failed to prioritize the counteroffer properly and didn’t mention it as a key aspect of the negotiation, even though it was clear how important it was to me. I kept reaching out for updates, and while there was some back-and-forth communication, it often felt like I was being brushed off. At no point did Willie Benjamin Ramhofer seem to understand the urgency of my case or the importance of getting the right deal. The counteroffer was not even close to what I wanted, and I felt completely let down by the and lack of follow-through and strategic focus. I expected a lawyer to advocate for my best interests and keep me in the loop, but that was simply not the case here. The final outcome was far from satisfactory, and the entire process felt disorganized and lacking the attention it deserved. I regret hiring Willie Benjamin Ramhofer and would not recommend them to anyone who needs someone committed to getting the right results.
