Mark Alan Jacobs

Mark A. Jacobs, a founding shareholder, who completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Miami by earning a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in accounting. He received his Juris Doctor degree in 1976 from the New England School of Law and has been a member in good standing of the Florida Bar since October, 1976. He has been designated as an
“AV” rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell which is the highest possible peer rating in legal ability and ethical standards. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court (Florida Southern District). Since 2006, Mr. Jacobs has been certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a Certified Circuit and County Civil Mediator.

Mr. Jacobs is a title agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, Attorneys’ Title Insurance Company and First American Title Insurance Company. He has documented and closed on behalf of lenders and borrowers real estate transactions of all types including commercial and residential. Mr. Jacobs’ transactional practice has included corporate financing, lines of credit and borrowing based transactions again having represented both lenders and borrowers. In addition to his litigation and real estate practice, Mr. Jacobs is familiar with estate planning, drafting of estate documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care surrogate and living wills. The estate practice also entails estate administration for the probate of estates and guardianship practice. In his years of practice, he has diligently pursued optimum and expedient results for his clients.
