Biography
Brandon F. Loshak is one of the firm’s founding partners and leaders, specializing his practice in personal injury, business law and real estate which includes land use & zoning, licensing, food & beverage. Mr. Loshak has represented national and multi-national businesses in all facets of their ventures, from formation to operations, such as the purchase and sale of assets and real property, licensing, and mergers & acquisitions.
Mr. Loshak has a business background and experience allowing him to uniquely tailor the services and counseling he provides, taking into account all dimensions of his clients’ varying individual needs. Mr. Loshak takes pride in providing efficient, innovative, and fervent service.
Mr. Loshak graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. Thereafter, he worked in the oil and gas industry and in land acquisitions. Mr. Loshak then obtained his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law.
Mr. Loshak previously worked for one of the country’s largest and top law firms before forming Loshak Law, PLLC, a preeminent full-service injury, business and real estate law firm.
